May 12, 2020

One of Cynthia’s favorite interviewees, (Presbytera) Julie Honeycutt is featured again this week with a timely topic in the area of change. How do we embrace it? Whether it’s our health, being quarantined, or connected to relationships, there are certain ways that we can look at our feelings and understand that they are normal…they are from God…and they are clues to help us understand ourselves and grow.  Learn to give yourself a hug, and the 5 steps of change today!

Julie Honeycutt, MMFT, NCC, LMHC, LPC is National Board Certified Counselor licensed in Michigan, Massachusetts, and Tennessee. She received her Masters in Marriage and Family Therapy from the Reformed Theological Seminary in Jackson, Mississippi. Additional post-graduate studies have been through the American Association for Pastoral Counselors, as well the Center for Self Leadership since 2004, specializing as a certified Level 3 Internal Family Systems therapist.
