Today our guest is Phoebe Farag Mikhail, author of the book Putting Joy into Practice: Seven Ways to Lift Your Spirit From the Early Church. What is the difference between joy and happiness? Do we really know what joy is, where it comes from, and what it feels like? And then there are the things that steal our joy. Today we find out what those are, and Tasony Phoebe gives us some wonderful tools to use going forward.
