Holistic Christian Life - Worshiping God - Mind, Body, Soul

May 5, 2020

This week Cynthia is featuring a special interview that was presented specifically for the Six Weeks to Sanity members this past January.  It’s an example of the special attention given to the needs of the members.  It is with Gail Hyatt.  A mother of 5 daughters, an empty nester, and a grandmother.  How did she move throughout the stages of her life with grace and beauty?  She shares her tips here!

The Six Weeks to Sanity Course is starting again May 18th!  If you are interested and want to know more, you can go to filledwithless.com to get more info and even sign up for the waiting list!

Gail Hyatt grew up in a military family. Her dad was a pilot and an engineer for the United States Air Force. He eventually became the Executive Secretary for the Joint Chiefs of Staff at the Pentagon, and her mom was a school teacher.

She met the love of her life while attending Baylor University in Waco, Texas. She and Michael have been married over 35 years. They have five phenomenal daughters, four incredible sons-in-law, and eight absolutely adorable grandchildren. Two of the five grandsons are from Uganda. (There may be more at the time of this posting!)  You can check out Gail’s post on Looking at Your Feet – Five Step for Living in the Present Moment here.  https://www.gailbhyatt.com/look-at-your-feet.html
